To fully unlock the character of these high-mountain leaves, we recommend the following:

Tea-to-water ratio: 1:20–1:25

Water temperature: 90–95°C (194–203°F)

Recommended water: Natural spring water is ideal (TDS 35–80).

Infusion time：

-1st infusion: 25–35 seconds

-2nd infusion: 15 seconds

-Subsequent infusions: adjust according to taste
