Taste: A gently roasted, well-balanced liquor with a long, lingering finish and a smooth, returning sweetness


To fully unlock the character of these high-mountain leaves, we recommend the following:

Tea-to-water ratio: 1:20–1:25

Water temperature: 85–90°C (194–203°F)

Recommended water: Natural spring water is ideal (TDS 35-80).


Infusion time:

-1st infusion: 10 seconds

-2nd infusion: 15 seconds

-Subsequent infusions: adjust according to taste
